  • Acquisition of Goods and Services

    The Office provides support for the acquisition of goods and services with a value below €40,000, as well as for contributions to academic publications.

  • Contracts for Non-Tenured Staff

    The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides support for the administrative management of research grants, scholarships, and research contracts, as well as for post-doc and research assignments, and for the preparation of calls for external collaborators.

  • Budget

    The Budget Office provides support for accounting procedures related to budget management, payment of fees and reimbursements, and the management of the revenue cycle.

  • Conferences, Congresses, and Seminars

    The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides support for the assignment of appointments (paid or unpaid) to speakers at conferences, congresses, and seminars.

  • Contracts, Agreements, Third-Party Activities

    The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides support for the preparation of administrative procedures related to the stipulation of collaboration agreements with public bodies, contracts and agreements with public and private entities, and third-party contracts.

  • PhD Programme

    The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides support to the PhD Programme in Political and Social Sciences.

  • Department Logo and Endorsement

    The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides support for requests concerning Department endorsement and the use of the logo.

  • Missions, Business Trips, and Intra-University Mobility

    The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides support for authorisation requests for missions and business trips, as well as for the related reimbursement requests.

  • Reimbursement of Membership Fees and Registrations for Conferences and Scientific Societies

    The service provides useful information for reimbursement requests.

  • General, Logistical, and User Support Services

    The service provides general administrative and logistical support.

  • Teaching Services

    The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides support for first- and second-cycle teaching, as well as for post-graduate teaching.

  • Support for the Department’s Governing Bodies and Institutional Activities

    The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides support to the Department’s Governing Bodies (Giunta and Consiglio), to the Department’s institutional activities, and in the area of privacy.

  • Support for Research Activities

    The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides administrative support to faculty members and researchers in the proper management of competitive research projects throughout their different phases.

  • Visiting

    The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides administrative support in managing Visiting appointments.
