Contracts, Agreements, Third-Party Activities

The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides support for the preparation of administrative procedures related to the stipulation of collaboration agreements with public bodies, contracts and agreements with public and private entities, and third-party contracts.

Among the main activities carried out:

  • Preliminary review of requests for the stipulation of contracts (third-party contracts) or agreements with public and private entities, for research collaborations or sponsorships;

  • Preliminary review of requests for the stipulation of collaboration agreements with public bodies pursuant to Art. 15, Law no. 241/1990;

  • Preliminary review of international agreements (e.g., sectoral agreements);

  • Drafting of contracts, agreements, and conventions;

  • Administrative management of contracts.

Research and consultancy contracts (third-party contracts), as well as all other agreements and conventions, must be submitted to the administration well in advance of their approval at the first available session of the Department Council, given the possible involvement of ARIN – Legal Service during the preliminary review phase.
