This service provides IT assistance to the department staff with regard to workstations, logistics, application software and research, teaching and administration software. In addition, it is responsible for the management of the teaching and multimedia laboratories (the G. Mizzau teaching laboratory and the Visual Media laboratory) and for the management of part-time student collaborations (150 hours contract) in the laboratories’ monitoring service. It provides support for the on-demand sites of the research centres and for the management of the department website’s editorial content. It helps the purchases office manage the paperwork to purchase IT and technical goods and services for the faculty and TA staff.
