The project was funded by the Erasmus+ – Jean Monet programme through the action “Projects – EU@school” and with the collaboration of the Europe Direct centres in Bologna and Reggio Emilia.
The purpose of the project was to establish a cooperation between universities and schools to promote European citizenship during 150 meetings held by the students of the Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs in schools of all levels and with three frontal training sessions and one e-learning course for teachers at the national level. These courses are designed to train teachers on the topics of European Union and European citizenship and enhance the discussion in the classroom.
