The centre promotes and coordinates studies and research in the fields of sociology, history and political science, on the impact of cultural and religious issues on international affairs, also fostering collaborations with other national and international research centres with similar research objectives. To increase the knowledge of the most significant aspects of the topic mentioned above, the centre holds events, seminars and meetings and oversees their resulting scientific publications.
