Contracts for Non-Tenured Staff

The service operates within the “Administrative Services” operational unit and provides support for the administrative management of research grants, scholarships, and research contracts, as well as for post-doc and research assignments, and for the preparation of calls for external collaborators.

Among its main activities, the service provides support with:

  • Documents and useful information regarding the renewal and extension of research grants (to submit a new renewal/extension request, click here);

  • Documents and useful information regarding the activation and extension of post-graduate research scholarships (to submit a new call/extension request, click here);

  • Documents and useful information regarding the activation of research contracts (for a new request, click here). In this case, the service will act in coordination with the office that supports research;

  • Legal oversight concerning the introduction of post-doc and research assignments (pursuant to Articles 22-bis and 22-ter of Law no. 240/2010, as most recently amended);

  • Documents and useful information regarding the activation of calls for self-employment contracts (for the call request form, click here).
