The Department of Political and Social Sciences, in the framework of the Excellent University Departments Project 2023-2027 funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research, to foster the internationalization of teaching and research activities, adopts the present call, concerning n. 2 Positions for Visiting Professors for wellestablished scholars invited to carry out teaching and research activities during the academic year 2024/2025 (September 2024-June 2025). This initiative aims to attract expertise from around the world to collaborate with the Department of Political and Social Science, fostering its role at the global level and promoting mobility, while improving the quality and diversity of teaching activities. The program shall lead to scientific interaction between the invited foreign scholars and the staff of the Department with regard to the priorities identified in the Excellence Project, through joint organization of academic events, scientific collaboration for academic research, or joint applications to competitive calls. Selected Visiting Professors shall teach at least 8 hours to Bachelor, Master or PhD students, and/or in research seminars for faculty, university community or general public.
