As a response to the growing presence of young researchers in Italy working in the fields of public policy and public administration, the first edition of the Early-Career Workshop On Public Policy (ECWOPP) 2025 aims to create a space for presenting ongoing projects, discussing theoretical and methodological challenges, and fostering collaboration among early-career scholars. The event will have a full-day programme, including research presentation sessions (panel style) and two Q&A moments: one focused on career paths inside and outside academia, and another on publishing strategies in leading national and international journals. Internationally renowned scholars participating to the Q&A sessions include Giliberto Capano (UniBo), Tullia Galanti (UniMi), Stefania Profeti (UniBo), and Federico Toth (UniBo), among others. The ECWOPP 2025 is supported by the Standing Group “ Administrations and Public Policies” of the Italian Society of Political Science (Società Italiana Scienze Politica - SISP) and it will be hosted by the Department of Political and Social Sciences (DSPS) of the University of Bologna on June 4th, 2025.
